Water & Sanitation Services

New West Monroe residents need to come to City Hall to establish water, sewer, and garbage services. The deposit for owner occupied residential services is $50. Rental / Mobile Homes is $85.  You must show a photo ID. If you are leasing you must also bring your lease agreement.  Residential single-family rentals must call Code Enforcement (318-323-2515) to get a rental inspection before you pay a deposit.  Commercial property deposit is $50.

EyeOnWaterTrack Your Water Usage

View Utility Bills online

  1. Go to the West Monroe Online Utility Bill Website 
  2. Click ‘Register’ at the top.
  3. Enter your name and account number exactly as it appears on your utility bill. Then enter your email address, user name, and display name.
  4. You will receive an email from Uluro. Click the link that says ’Activate Your Account Now!’.
  5. You will be directed to a westmonroe.edocview page. Reenter your email address and choose a password.
  6. To log in, type in your user name and password.
  7. Now you can choose any of your prior water bills by clicking the icon next to Your Account Number. For any issues, please email New Services and Billing
