EyeOnWaterTrack Your Water Usage

To track your water usage, view the EyeOnWater Set Up Video. To set up leak alerts, view the Setting Up Leak Alerts YouTube Video.  To setup or login to water usage monitoring, go to EyeOnWater account.  Problems? Call us at 318-397-6898. We will gladly help!

View Utility Bills online

  1. Go to the West Monroe Online Utility Bill Website 
  2. Click ‘Register’ at the top.
  3. Enter your name and account number exactly as it appears on your utility bill. Then enter your email address, user name, and display name.
  4. You will receive an email from Uluro. Click the link that says ’Activate Your Account Now!’.
  5. You will be directed to a westmonroe.edocview page. Reenter your email address and choose a password.
  6. To log in, type in your user name and password.
  7. Now you can choose any of your prior water bills by clicking the icon next to Your Account Number. For any issues, please email New Services and Billing.
