The City of West Monroe has recently announced updates to the public regarding Hasley Cemetery.
Hasley Cemetery is located at 1500 Arkansas Road in West Monroe.
Recently, the City of West Monroe launched a digital gravesite locator. This online resource allows the public to view which gravesites are occupied or reserved as well as those that are still available for purchase. The public can access this locator at www.cityofwestmonroe.com/hasley
The City of West Monroe Board of Aldermen recently voted to increase the cost of gravesite fees at Hasley Cemetery. Beginning January 1, 2024, single gravesite fees will be $1,000 each.

The City of West Monroe will once again take part in the Wreaths Across America Program. Through this program, more than 200 live balsam fir wreaths will be placed on the graves of veterans buried at the cemetery as a show of appreciation and gratitude for their service to the United States. There are more than 800 veterans buried at Hasley.
The public is asked to sponsor wreaths to be placed on these graves at Hasley Cemetery. A wreath can be sponsored for $17 each. To sponsor a wreath, please go to: wreathsacrossamerica.org/LAHSLY
The last day to sponsor a wreath prior is November 28.
The City of West Monroe will host a Wreaths Across America ceremony at Hasley Cemetery this Saturday, December 16 at 11 a.m. where wreaths will be laid on individual gravesites. The public is invited to attend.
