West Monroe Police have advised the public to stay off the roads if at all possible. Several intersections are blocked due to trees or down power lines.

Street closures have been announced for Saturday's Krewe of Janus Mardi Gras Parade, which begins at 6 p.m. on Natchitoches Street in West Monroe. Street closures, parade route and a schedule of activities can be found at www.westmonroe.com

The West Monroe Police Department has announced street closures for Saturday's Krewe de Riviere Mardi Gras Parade, which begins at 5 p.m. from West Monroe High School. Street closures and parade route can be found at www.westmonroe.com
